English Classes
The IFC provides free classes for you to practice your English! We offer a variety of classes: casual conversation, grammar study, music and lyrics, cooking, and television shows. Come join friends, have some free tea and coffee, and relax as you practice your English. We want your experience to be fun and enjoyable because we believe that’s the best way to learn English and about the United States!

Bible Study
We currently have a Bible study every Wednesday at 4PM. Our studies consist of reading scripture and discussing study questions. We have also done some video studies as well. You don’t have to be a Christian to join us! If you’re curious about Christianity or just want an opportunity to practice English, come join us! We encourage everyone to join so that we can all learn more from each other.

Cultural Activities and Events
We also host multiple activities each month. Some are free and some have a small cost. You can learn more about Madison and the American culture and lifestyle. Some of our activities include:
- Weekends in the country with at an American home
- Thanksgiving turkey dinner
- Christmas party and dinner
- July 4th barbecue and fireworks
- Kayaking
- Strawberry and Apple picking
- Pumpkin Carving

Student Computer and Internet Access
We have a student computer in the IFC room that you are welcome to come in and use. There is also a printer available if you need to do limited printing. Also, if you have your own laptop, we have wifi that you may use.
